Drink plenty of water
Sleep for 8 hours in a row
Eat 5-6 small meals per day
Eat more foods that grow on trees ,enjoy your greens
Live with the 3 E’s — Energy, Enthusiasm and Empathy
Put yourself on the top of your daily list
Play more games with your kids or partner
Read more often and enjoy educating yourself
Mediate for at least 10 minutes each day
Exercise for 30 minutes per day and while you exercise , smile 🙂
Save your energy by not comparing your life to others. Everyone’s journey is very different
Spend time daily investing your energy in the positive thoughts in the present moment.
Don’t over do it. Know your limits. Create boundaries
Don’t waste your precious energy on gossip
Dream big ,worry less
Make small changes daily
Guilt is a useless emotion,make changes
Move on from issues of the past. Don’t remind your partner of their past mistakes.Instead focus on happiness in the moment
Live life to its fullest
Don’t blame others ,take full responsibility for yourself
You are the only one to make yourself happy
Each situation is a lesson learned.
Smile, giggle laugh hard enough to make you cry more often
You don’t have to win every argument. Agree to disagree…
Family & Friends:
Connect with your family and friends as often as you can
When you are sick your friends and family will take care of you. Stay in touch.
Everyday do something nice for someone else
Forgive the person, learn from the situation and move on
Spend time with the elderly and the young ,remember your youth
Make your smile contagious,share it
You cannot control what others think of you but you can control yourself
Inspire others especially when they are down , lift them back up
Repsect others for the decisions they choose to make
Don’t take things personally, don’t assume
Do the right thing! Show your true morals
A situation that hurts will change ,give it time
Patience is a virtue
No matter how bad you feel, get up, dress up,show up
Live your dream everyday
When you open your eyes be thankful
