I am approximately 28 pounds to my goal weight, I  spent one year maintaining my weight and I am now ready to reach my goal weight!
I felt it was time for me to begin my fitness weight loss program: because I did not want to buy more clothes at a bigger size. The timing has been perfect for me!

How do you feel now that you have begun a new lifestyle in health and fitness: I feel more energetic, positive and youthful.
What changes have you seen in yourself now that your life is changing: I feel like I am more aware of my own health needs and my families too. We eat out alot less and I am more positive towards life in general.
One of my hardest challenges in my life today has been: Meal planning, I tend to fit my life around everyone else so it is hard to make myself a priority.
What role does my personal trainer play in my life: Leah gives me constant encouragement and tips. With the weekly weigh in and measurements I believe it allows her to tailor my workouts on how my body is showing weekly change. Also, I always have someone in my corner encouraging me to meet my goals.
One thing I have learned that is very important from my Personal Trainer:She has shown me that slight tweeking in my diet and food portions combined with the correct exercise regime can have amazing results and those results are sometimes not on the scale but by my measurements.

Favorite Food ~ Sushi
Favorite Cheat Food ~ popcorn, pop, chocolate, chips, pizza
Favorite Exercise ~ Cardio
Most challenging Exercise ~ Running outside in public!
Health Tip ~ Spend time researching fitness, clean foods and recipes
Weekly Exercise Plan ~ 5-6 days cardio intervals 30min ,I personal train with my Leah 2 days per week for 60-80min per session!
Daily Eating Plan ~ working on 5-6 small meals per day and making heathy food choices

*** Eating remains my most difficult challenge right now. We have a house full with some extended family, children that are daily commuting to another city for school as well as their extra curricular activities. I tend to forget to plan my meals ahead of time which leaves me scrambling but I a slowly getting better at it and learning some new quick ways to cook my meals.

One thing I am going to do for myself when I reach my goal weight: shop for new clothes and feel good about it!

My weight loss has been achieved by eating clean foods and by doing daily exercise! I have used no supplements.
