My fitness journey started in: 2009
My goal is to maintain my weight: I had maintained my weight since 2009 at 160lbs then after suffering a car accident in 2010 I gained back 40lbs, with Leah’s help I have lost that weight again and now am striving to reach my goal weight of 140lbs.

One challenging life experience I would like to share is: How truly hard it is to lose weight but with encouragement,hard work,and commitment everybody can do it you just have to set your mind to it. I am so truly happy and healthier for it and with more energy in life.
Favorite food: Japanese and Greek.
Favorite cheat food: Chocolate – especially Purdy’s.
Most challenging exercise: Hiking up a mountain hill with my daughter on my back.
Health Tip:Eat protein with each meal, fruits, and veggies.
Weekly exercise plan: 3 days a week at the gym and walking the river trail.
Daily eating plan: 6 or so small meals including protein.
One thing that I will do for myself when I reach my goal weight:
Go and relax on a nice sunny beach!
