Daily food plan: Small meals through out the day
Weekly exercise routine: 4 days in total of exercise doing , 2-3 days per week personal training with Leah, 2-3 days of running for 40min on treadmill , 1 day of hot yoga
Health Tip: Eat in moderation, don’t count every calorie, drink lots of water.
One thing that I will do for myself when I have reached my goal: I will go on a shopping spree to the Seattle outlet malls to shop in my favorite stores!
