Daily food plan:
Always eat breakfast, keep my daily calories around 1200 per day
Weekly exercise routine:
1-2 days of soccer (Sun/Wed), 3-4 days training with Leah, and 2 days at home, 1 day to rest (Saturday)
Eat every 2.5 hours! Fast between 7pm – 7am
One thing that I will do for myself when I have reached my goal:
Live in my bikini and go on vacation.
