I felt it was time for me to begin a fitness weight loss program because I was feeling so tired and was lacking overall energy. I felt my life struggling in so many areas do to my weight gain.

What role does my personal trainer play in my life? She has listened to where I want to be and has helped me to achieve my goals at my own pace.The goals she has helped me set so far are realistic and she adds alot of variety to my program making it challenging and fun for me.

One thing I have learned that is very important from my Personal Trainer is: Eating can be fun! She has shown me how to design a well balanced food plan that I never thought I would need.

The best part is, its all foods I like!

One challenging life experience I’d like to share is: I had Cervical cancer, I got very sick for 3 yrs. I had 2 operations that were challenging.What I learned from this experience is to recieve help from others.

Not having to do everything for myself was a relief. I have also continued to learn to take care of myself and my body and been clear of cancer for 5.5 yrs.

Health Tip ~ Don’t put health problems off go to the Dr. when needed! Think for yourself first to create a healthy body!

Weekly Exercise Plan ~ 5-6 days cardio 30min – 2 hours per session

I personal train with my trainer 3 days per week for 60-80min per session!

Daily Eating Plan ~ working on 5-6 small meals per day and making heathy choices

One thing I am going to do for myself when I reach my goal weight: is to shop for new funky clothes and feel good about it! I also look forward to wearing a swimsuit and not feeling self concious about it!

My weight loss has been achieved by eating clean foods and by doing daily exercise! I have used no supplements..
